Check them out, they are official and where at the New York Licensing Expo, these films have been planned and now we can see the logos. Surely now they have released this, those films are more than likely going to be made?

All of those movies including a couple more such as Punisher: War Zone, release date in Dec 2008, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2010) are referenced in IMDB.
